52 weeks (37) - My signature outfit

I'm still one week late D: 
That's a hard one. I try to wear many different colors, styles and outfits, so I don't think I have a signature oufit but maybe a signature color. It's RED! My absolute favorite color, especially in Lolita! Many people told me that red really suits me and sometimes think of me, when they see a red dress. Cute, right? ♥

These are just some examples of my red coordinates, there were more red dresses in my closet over the years :D I wish there were more red colorways of prints ♥

Coord Chaos: Princess Wardrobe JSK

Hiatus is over, I have so many new ideas for blogging, that I have to start again! Just like I said, my love for blogging is too strong for quitting :D

So let's start with a whole new category: Coord Chaos! I choose one main piece from my wardrobe (dress) and try to make as many coords as possible with it! I don't know how often I will do this but when I got my Princess Wardrobe Set I wanted to try out some outfits with this. This is how I got inspired to do this new category. Hope you like it ^__^

So I want to start with my Princess Wardrobe/Lace Up Doll Pinafore dress 3 in beige by Metamorphose. I got it in a Special Set together with a blouse, headbow, socks and a bag.

(1) beige x powder pink

The first coord that came to my mind. It's a casual and classic mix. I bought this blouse in London this spring and had to choose between ivory and this color. I chose this one because it was special.  That's what makes the coord more classic. The shoes and bag are a bit casual but the colors are a perfect match to the waist band of the dress.

(2) pink x wine red

blouse: 69th department * shoes: Secret Shop * bag: Loris * headdress: Chess Story * socks: no name

The print has wine red elements, so I wanted to emphasize them with other pieces in the color. The headdress is very simple with three deep red roses but there is already going on enough in this coord. Because white or ivory were too boring, I chose light pink as another color.

(3) ivory (elegant)

Now there is my ivory chiffon blouse - I LOVE it! Wore it so many times already. Not even sorry, haha. I chose heeled shoes,a hat and gloves. It makes the look very classy. The socks are the ones from the Special Set, they have a gold print just like the heels on the shoes and the chains of the bag.

(4) ivory x powder pink (casual)

The casual version with ivory and light pink. I love the beret to the dress and the blouse. It's very cute and gives a very casual touch.

(5) - ivory x brown I

With different shoes, socks and bag. Ivory, light pink and brown blend well with each other, so I wanted to use brown, too.

(6) ivory x brown II

The same with a brown cardigan over it and a different bag. Because of the very dark chest area I used a lighter bag for a good contrast.

(7) - ivory x black

Another casual coord with black. Wish I had the Special Set socks in black for this coord, they would have been even better for it. Dunno why but it reminds me of school. Maybe because of the bag?

I wish my flat had better spots for pictures but no place is light enough, I am sorry. So the details are not very visible, especially in the dark areas.

Disney Coordinates

I chose my favorite Disney princess for the theme: Cinderella. It is my favorite Disney princess movie, I love this bachelor story, it is was I played with my Barbies all the time when I was younger :D

The outfit consits of:
Dress, headbow and gloves by Innocent World
shoes by Vivienne Westwood x Melissa
socks and necklace by Baby the Stars shine bright

The most important part of the outfit are the glas slippers shoes. They are transparent with glitter, the closest I could find to glass :D The dress is called Mary Bell. I also own it in this colorway, it's made of chiffon and I love it!! I wanted some equal light socks, so I chose the sheer socks (Victoria Afternoon OTKs) because cottom socks would have been too heavy for the dress. I made some major differences with the gloves and choker. I always hated the black choker - why black? So I chose a pretty choker with pearls and a blue gem. The gloves are short in contrast to the ones from Cinderella. I found some chiffon ones but they weren't that pretty and I have a favor for lace gloves ♥ Last but not least the hair accessory - a simple, light blue headbow. I think it makes the outfit more Lolita like.

What's your favorite Disney character? Doesn't have to be a princess ^_^ Alice coords (not neccessarily Disney-related but most of the time you see a blue dress with a white apron) are  sometimes seen but I don't know about other Disney girls?

I wish you a happy Valentine's Day! Today is also the weekly Lolita Blog Carnival and the theme is:
Romantic Coords

Because red is my favorite color and the color of love, I made a coord with a red dress ♥

There are some aspects why I chose these pieces. First of all the color, like I said before, it's the color of love. The dress has a lovely rose structure, a flower many women get on Valentine's Day ♥ Next, the heart bag...that's obvious? Heart is a symbol for love and last but not least the socks because they have a present-ribbon lace-up print. Many couples give each other presents today so the socks remind me of it.

I have some of the pieces myself, maybe I will wear it like this one day ^_^

Coordinating

At the moment, I have sooo many new coords in my head, most of them are for the new dresses I'm expecting in the near future but also for old ones.
I have this one perfect coord in my head and try to realize it and after I have worn it, I want to wear the next dress. Some people have coord-skills that they can wear dresses in many different ways. I do it the other way. I want this one perfect coord and then I'm done. Sometimes I wish I had the creativity others had :/

Today I created my outfit for the next meetup we have in our friends. Last year (or was it even 2012?) I bought his velvet Metamorphose dress with chiffon and haven't worn it yet. I want to combine it with some gold elements ♥

Animagic '13

This weekend the Animagic took place in Bonn. I was part of the Lolita fashion again so I was able to join the Animagic. I haven't been there for a few years so I was quite surprised that there weren't so many people but nevertheless I had a very nice day. I met new people and talked a lot with some I don't meet very often ♥
Unfortunately I don't have many photos yet but I think you can get an impression. It was very hot/humid that day and the theme of the fashion show was BLACK. Well yeah.. I survived ^^°
I didn't take much photos because I just had my cell phone with me, so...sorry D:

This is Nora and Charlotte who were the hardcore Dunkelsüss booth shop girls! It was very hot in their tent but they also survived still looking good.

The plasticpop booth. This is the German reseller for Pullips, Dals etc. I have three dolls myself and I try to not buy more but they are soooo lovely ♥ One of my girls (Yeolume Podo) also wears Lolita, the Lotta set by Innocent World ♥

Me and my beloved Betty Cindy. She looks like a Betty with the short hair and red lips, right? ;D You've seen my outfit in the preparations post before so no further explanation is needed I think. I look like a witch in the picture with the hat, I like it. hahahaha :D

I also visited the Strawberry Sundae Maid Cafe where my cute friend May was our maid. It was very funny. We also talked about joining a maid cafe but I dunno if I should really do this. It seems to be much fun and you meet maaaaany new people. I have to think about it...
The only thing I bought is a necklace with a Sailor Mars sceptre. She is my all time favourite senshi ♥

So another (Lolita) event is over. Can't wait for the next one ♥

Animagic preparations

This weekend, there will be another big Anime/Manga/Japan convention in Germany, the Animagic. This year, there will be another fashion show powered by Dunkelsüss with the theme "black". Perfect timing because at the moment we have around 30°C here every day ^^" I'm happy to say that I can participate in the fashion show again. I will wear my shadow jumper by Aterlier Pierrot that I bought last year in New York. Wish I was there right now...my vacations are already over and today was my first day at work again. But I'm looking forward to my next holidays in September when I will go to Tokyo ♥ Can't wait for it!!!!
Back to the Animagic... on friday I will go to my best friends house, she lives close to the venue and will have a sleepover there. On Saturday we will go to the Ani and participate in the fashion show together ♥

This is the picture I sent for the model application :) I loooove the dress to pieces, I'm glad I saw it last minute in the Tokyo Rebel shop window (and bought it ;D) Although I'm not that into gothic right now, I'm glad I can wear this dress again. But the next outfit will be floral again ♥

Kawaii Weekend preparations

Finally, summer has come to Germany! I have holidays, too so I'm very happy with it. Like I said before, two respectively three events were cancelled: The Rose Toilette meetup and Royal Pony because of the rain and the whole Paris trip because our boyfriends had to work. Because of this, I'm totally looking forward to the upcoming events!
This weekend, there will be the Kawaii Weekend in the Netherlands with Misako and RinRin for example. I will be wearing two or even three different outfits. I hope I will have time to change on Saturday!
My first outfit will be the AATP Queen's Coach OP in ivory, I'm wearing this for the tea party, for the after party and the outfit contest, I will wear my brown Chess Chocolate bustier dress, it's one of my favourite dresses/outfits. The third outfit for the picnic on Sunday will be my fluffy frill halterneck JSK in red by Angelic Pretty. I hope the socks arrive in time!!
Because my other coords are not finished (socks or bag are still missing) I can only show you my Chess Chocolae outfit for Saturday evening.

The blouse and socks are ivory, hard to capture with the sunlight. The outfit is a bit of brand, offbrand and handmade but to be honest, I have no idea if the bag is a replica? Never seen this (Lolibrary doesn't have something similar) and bought it second hand.
